I think some of it is just differences in roleplay style, but I do know that I sometimes have issues with giving tags enough substance (Setine mentioned it to me in the last HMD). In general, I'm a fan of short tags, and I try to steer away from the whole "if Azula knew what Vanessa was thinking, she would have said..." and "if Vanessa had voiced her thoughts out loud, Azula's response would have been..." because, to me, it seems a little excessive, and tons of exposition in every tag just feels unnatural IMHO. BUT. If the person I'm playing with really prefers that style, I don't really have much ~*against*~ it, and I don't mind using it. I'll keep this in mind should we ever do an RL again. 8) And if the issue still comes up, I really hope that you'll contact me as it's happening. If you had told me in an OOC note (or a PM, whatever) that you were having trouble responding to something because of lack of substance, I could totally have edited it for you

I'm not going to slap you pfffft. And yeah, the RL thing is definitely something I can work on if we ever end up doing one again. But are you talking about just RL tags, or are you including the first-person journal tags, too? Because if you are, that's something that hasn't been brought to my attention before, so I've never been aware that there was an issue-- and it's definitely something that I can keep an eye out for in the future. (If you're talking about solely RL stuff then ignore my comprehension fail.)

But yeah, this is definitely something that I can work on while tagging you. <3

XD After the Ozai thing I wasn't really planning on doing anything specific, but then Lylith came up for the idea for the Eris thing and then right after that Yue asked me if I wanted to do something with Tenenbaum and dasdfjk. Yeah. And that's not even counting the comm-wide viruses, haha. So I completely get what you're saying and I promise that I'm not going to be getting into the whole "SOMETHING BIG ALWAYS HAS TO BE GOING ON OMFG" mindset. If someone comes up with something that they want me to participate in after the Tenenbaum thing is over (which I'm thinking will only last for a few days), I'm... probably going to say no, or ask if we could hold off a bit. :P

Hmm...sounds a little like...I don't know, maybe people are just wanting your character to get involved with them so much because crazy!Azula is a shitton of fun to mock, degrade, or otherwise try to ruin any good mood she actually may be able to achieve were she not going through more stress than a Burger King worker during a hurricane evacuation (lol yes I totally had to do that and I thought I was going to die because I couldn't keep up as much as I usually could 8B). I mean, sure, it's fun to have fun with the crazies, but really, all I've seen of her in my time here is drama and angst and the like. No, I don't know the episode you're talking about...but don't you think you've been given a good opportunity in game to make her more than constantly dramatic and up in arms? I think someone said something like this IC about how (maybe Karen, idk) she was spreading her family drama all over the place so much that it couldn't be ignored? Eh, that's possible, but I think it's just people wanting to get their characters involved. The thing with Ozai (though actually, now that I think about it, I'm not sure which thing you mean with Ozai-- are you referring to the initial plot where he tried to have her assassinated, or the one where Eris had him brainwashed and Azula started going back to the Fire Nation?) happened more because we wanted to further our sort of AU-esque canon a bit, and because Ozai's reaction to the whole community and his and Azula's headbutting over it just seemed like the IC thing to do. And as for the plot with Tenenbaum, she was just apped, so I totally understand Yue wanting to do something with her

8) I wanted to post here. Hi, I really adore where you're going with Azula. I can't honestly respond to her much with Sokka, since he has a natural avoidance/hate/animosity towards her. But I really do enjoy seeing her try to escape and push the limits further away.

And the few times the two actually talk are pretty fun, all things considered. ;-; I'd love to say where you really take her and what she plans to do with most of the GAang coming on board.

The fact is nobody likes your Azula and we all wish she'd leave. You're OOC and there's no hope in trying to fix it. You're too far gone and you'd be better off just dropping her.
