Fo sho, life is good.
So I never update in this anymore because LJ is pretty much boring and lame these days. Maybe I'll just resurrect this once every six months or so.
In short, life is really great. I'm still living in south Jersey, thisclose to Philly. (Well, if you count being less than a half hour thisclose, then yes.) The area is super cute, and not at all Camden-like like some people I know were led to believe. haha. Me live in an area like that? Doooon't think soooo.
My copy editor job at my medical publishing company is still loverly. I'm so happy that I snagged this job. I work with some really wonderful people, including my roommate Nicole, who is seriously the best roommate I've ever had...well...ever. :) She cooks, I clean...we complement each other very well. We go out together a lot and have fun times. Our apartment is adorable. We have lots of space, and we even have a little deck with furniture! We also have a view of the woodsy area nearby, which should be great in the summer and especially the fall.
I feel so independent. It's such a fantastic feeling, knowing that I can do this on my own without the help of my parents or a boyfriend. I'm quickly approaching 25, and I'm probably the happiest I've ever been.
I'm planning a trip out to Colorado to see my friends for a week sometime this summer. I'm super excited to go back. I haven't been there since January of 2007. It's a long overdue trip.
And thaaaaat's about it for me, probably for a really long time. That was pretty damn boring, but it'll be good to go back and check out at least an overview of my current life at some point in the future!
