I have just returned from my ServSafe re-certification, and BLAH. Man am I glad I only have to go through that once every five years. They yap at you from 9am until about 3pm on the "main points" from the manual/book. And then make you watch videos reiterating what they just went over. I nearly face-planted in my book I was so bored. My old friend coffee wasn't even enough to keep me alert. *whines* And now my head is filled with sanitation mumbo-jumbo like critical control points and FAT TOM. Don't ask...
