Was planning to write more "Seasons" this afternoon. Instead, I'm on a new wave of TF:RotF impressions after a matinee show in the morning. Only a TF fan at heart would lose sleep for a movie she already knows isn't top-notch.

( But somehow it's nicer the second time around. )

Yeppers, Bumblebee is actually *gasp! shocker!* likeable in this... cannon, for lack of a better word. Still don't like the twins; I would far rather see more Sideswipe than them, and missed Ratchet and Ironhide. You'd think the powers that be would remember them once in a while. :|

bumblebee's downright cuddly at times, downright kickass at other times. so much cool in one mech, and he barely speaks. beware the quiet ones. ;)

yeah, decided lack of sideswipe, ratchet and ironhide. rats. i hope they pick writers for TF3 who'll go more in-depth into their characters. we shall see...

Well, if you're gonna see a movie, getting in for a dollar is definitely the way to go. ;)

(I remember when it really DID cost a dollar to watch a movie. Yes, I'm that old.)

i kinda envy you that! even the "dollar" theaters in my area charge 2 dollars. -_-; and i usually forget about movies once they're out of general release, so matinee price is what i manage...

The commander guy with the easy-going Southern accent...character name escapes me, but the actor is very good for the role...

Ah yes... our lovely General Morshower! :D He and his 'twin', Colonel Sharp of the Soccent air base from the first movie (they brought the same guy back and gave him a different role), are high on my favorite humans list for the movies. In a weird way, I actually find him a little sexy. *shrugs*

The only thing about Bay's Prime that disappoints me... we haven't had the chance to hear him laugh. I miss that laugh.

BTW, Wednesday will be fine if you're up for it. Or whatever other day if you find it won't work. Just let me know. ^_____^

totally couldn't tell he was supposed to be a different character! i remembered him from the first movie and thought, oh, they've expanded his role here. cool. XD

yeah, prime's not got much to laugh about. maybe he'll cheer up in TF3. :) though i forgot when exactly he laughed in TF1...

wednesday should still be good, so long as i remember to keep my phone charged... ^^;

Mm... I think the Sharp character was meant to be dead after Blackout's attack. You never saw him again in the first movie. Still, it was cool that the same actor was invited back with another role. I hope they have him in the third, too. He's good at the cool-headed military persona. I bet he and Prowl would get along. :D

Optimus never laughed in the first movie, either. *pouts* But, I love the sound of his/Cullen's laugh in the cartoons. Yeah... fingers crossed that we'll get to hear it in the next one.
