Posting as a member of the productive undead
So, I haven't posted for like.... 3 months.
I don't remember how to post.
what to write about, any of that crap.
O well, here goes. IMPORTANT STUFF:
Gave a presentation on a multi-million dollar facility design and backed it up with simulation and computerized modeling. Owner took me out for dinner and booze, I had Kalimari and Sashimi.
Been sick all week, second flu I've had in the last two months or so...
Miserable...
Went to OSU for an IIE convention, learned that all of my collegues enjoy crappy beer. Found that long island iced tea is quite good, also that it's made almost entirely of the strong stuff. That said three of them, a crappy beer and a shot of tequila to get me on the dance floor. After that I had a long walk, in freezing rain, back to the hotel. I was charged with taking the sole female in our group back to her room. I wonder how I constantly manage to get myself put into these big brother positions....
Now that I think about it..... this happened last year too.
For those of you that question my integrity, no I didn't get any. I just made sure she got into the right room and didn't pass out in her own vomit.
The whole big brother thing stands though.... every new girl I meet ends up treating me like a big brother.
Don't understand the female mind.... make that the human mind.....
My laptop has been a pain, I made Dell replace pretty much everything save the monitor and the DVD drive.
And that concludes my life, or what I remember of it.
