In other news, there's a neat voice synth that I've been seeing a lot of videos about lately. It's Vocaloid, released by Yamaha. Apparently you punch in lyrics and a melody, and you get, well, a singer. It's been around for a while now, but more on this here.
Which brings me to this video. Someone did a vocaloid version of Marisa Stole The Precious Thing, did a reskin of the flash that IOSYS released with it, and well... here they are side by side. Miku on the top, Alice below.
GLaDOS and Hatsune Miku are apparently related, too.
