On Saturday evening, bn.com confirmed that my purchases would be shipped Sunday. This email didn't come until this afternoon--an entire 48 hours after I placed my order. What is the unexpected delay? And I know that I won't get my book & notebook until next week because of Thanksgiving. I want to call Barnes & Noble and give them a piece of my mind.
