Best Second Day Ever
So, I just started my other job as the assistant to the General Manager of Adding Machine. Today she had me look at all the websites our info is posted on, and contact people to make certain changes. And then one of the Producers walked in. This was the following conversation:
General Manager: I am having Heather look at the Bestofoffbroadway.com site to make appropriate changes.
Producer: Well, before you do that, you need to find out about that Playwrights Horizons site.
General Manager: I thought it was already done.
Producer: Well, make sure everything is right and then contact them if it's not.
(Producer leaves)
Heather: Um...you know...I have kind of a relationship with the Marketing department at Playwrights Horizons, if we need to change anything.
General Manager: What kind of relationship?
Heather: Um...I...um... used to sleep with the Director of Marketing?
General Manager: That's what I thought you meant!
And then she gave me a big smile and went back to her work.
Oh, this is going to be fun.
