Evan, that was extremely nasty and the product of a sick and disturbed mind. That kind of attention seeking on LJ for the purpose of an April Fool was unwarranted and a breach of trust. April Fool's are meant to be light-hearted and a wee wind-up, not something that genuinely gets people concerned for your safety and well-being. Ever heard of the boy who cried "wolf"?
I will not "lighten up" or "take a joke", before you or anyone says. I was actually in Edinburgh yesterday and when I got home and read your "prank" I was going to call you and offer you somewhere to stay if needed.
