After reviewing my income and expenses for the year, I have decided to look for a housemate.
I live in South Minneapolis near Lyndale and Lake Street in a 2 and a half story house.
• The renter would have one of 3 bedrooms to choose from.
• There is lots of common area space.
• There is off street parking, there is no garage.
• There is one bathroom on the second floor plus a thrown in the basement.
• The house is wired for internet, plus 2 wireless routers.
• The house has all new double pained windows so lower heating bills and no draughts.
• There are 2 cats, very friendly
• Rent and utilities are negotiable depending on what duties the renter may or may not be willing to take on.
