For five years I ran a Dragon Challenge, which opened for sign-ups on St George's Day (23rd April) and went live on D-Day (6th June).
I signed up for the recent Dragon Big Bang Challenge, which seems to have died an unspectacular death, more's the pity. Absence of deadlines does my writing no favours! But I decided to post the story on D-Day anyway, so here it is.
This is a sequel to Dragon Country (also on AO3). In a world not unlike our own, Lance is an employment agent specialising in showbiz, Chris is a mechanic, JC is a sculptor and Adam Lambert wears dragon-hide boots. (NB Story carries a rape warning.)
Perceptions of Reality focuses more on Chris and JC. As the story begins, JC is preparing for the exhibition of his and Britney's art. Thanks to
