It's that time again, when work for the new intern is sparse, and all i have to do is read manuals...
...and update my livejournal
not too much to speak of, jus been working alot, and trying to have fun at night. I went home saturday for fathers day. Jimmy and Liz picked me up and they had to get an oil change, so we sat waiting for a good half hour at the dealership. Thankfully, however, my brother had brought along his Nintendo DS Lite. It is fucking awesome. I played the updated version of Mario 64, mariokart, and several of his puzzle games. the puzzle games (in my opinion) were the best. That's where the use of the pen on the touch sensitive screen is really fun to play with. i decided i am going to buy one when i have the money and they are more readily available.
i've been making lots of purchasing decision lately, despite the fact that i haven't been paid a cent for any work thus far. the four week waiting period to get paid after u start a job is really really annoying. being broke and working full-time... who knew...

I've been enjoying the summer weather. We had an awesome grill out at rachels last friday, hung out in the backyard and played with shea. good times... I really want to take a vacation soon. Cara is going camping this weekend in missouri, which will be her 2nd vacation so far this summer. I have yet to leave the state of wisconsin so far. oh well, i guess that's what sucks about working. at least i'm not broke...
