What a good day
Man today was just one of those days. It started out kind of hard. I had two quizzes in physics and didn't know it therefore did not pass either. That's ok though. It was the holiday party in theatre and that was pretty krunk. Probably the best thing about my day was going home. Mallory and I just sat in her car listening to song after song. She played songs for me that meant a lot to her and I played songs for her that meant a lot to me. We just sat in her car with her sun roof open and relaxed. Both of us have been having hard times with friends. Everyday it's get in the car and talk about what has happened to make things worse. Of course it always comes down to talking about God's will. We were listening to this one song about how we can turn from God and fall so far, but he'll find us and cover us. The song says, "Anywhere I am you sanctuary me!" Man we were just sitting there and Mallory said that when she hears songs like that she just wants to break down and cry. I thought the same thing. It's like we go through our day in such a rush and finally we get to relax. Just that song reminds you of how lucky we are to know God. It's like when you hear it all your worries go away. Like completely. Yeah, so I must say it was all worth it at the end of the day. So the sorrow may last for the night but joy comes with the morning. -Jo
