OK, one more change. Dropped the big blood drop, and added a small one (with a real subtle cross wound) where the C impales the V.

OK, yet another change. Added in a smoother transition from the V to the rose stem.

ive looked at all of them but i still like the original best, i think because "crimson" is highlighted with the same color that's in "vera". =)
