OK well...Today I have decided to start this on line journal. Hopefully it is actually interesting enough that people will read it. I guess I will tell you a little bit about myself. I am 23 and still a waitress at Red Lobster... Yay! :(  I went to school at Pennsylvania Culinary Institute for Pastry Arts, its a passion, pastry arts that is. I went and worked at the Ritz-Carlton for Chef Monti (Top Ten pastry chef in america 2004) in Naples Florida. It was an awesome experience. I came home to help out my mom who was terminally ill and getting worse and needed my help at home about a year in a half ago. So I went back to Red Lobster b/c I worked there through highschool and college. There is nothing in Erie Pa for a pastry chef, unless you want to work at Giant Eagle. ( shreeks ) I would rather not work in pastry at all until I can work somewhere that does quality work then work somewhere where I am going to be ashamed of the work I do.
My mother passed away last month from Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. She fought it for 11 years. She was my best friend.
I want to move away now and start  my life but cant b/c I am stuck in a lease until July. I want to move to a city. A big one. I now live with a friend from work, Tonya. We barely see each other.
Other things....I am anxious alot. For no reasons that I know of, I guess I can never turn my head off. I have alot of trouble sleeping so most of my posts will proabably be late at night, while I am trying to get myself tired enough to go to bed.  Oh ya and I dont have a picture yet b/c I cant figure out how to do it :o..........
