The lack of her ability to offer me anything of real interest in the personality/intellect/conversation/humor departments, coupled with the fact that bogus-job-threatening-cock-blocking-of-other-girls-with-more-potential-ultra-drama would almost certainly follow a casual sexual encounter with her is more than enough to dissuade me from "goin' for it." I like her/get along with her on a friend basis, but it pretty much ends there. I feel bad about the whole thing, because I think she does still dig me. I'm all about being honest with people, but have a hard time explicitly rejecting someone; I've done my best to imply how I feel by exhibiting subtle yet tell-tale "not interested in that way" behavior, and I think it's working. Sort of.
