haha zach and sean were over here while i was about to update this. we bought a sweetness present for our new found friend carlton who we havent actually met, but we know he'll lke his gift. its an awesomeness remote control car wrapped in the manliest wrap job ever to happen on the face of this planet that we call earth. lets just say that scotch tape isnt nearly as cool as what we put up there and regular sized cards arent nearly as cool as giant ones.
so i went to appalachian this weekend with ashley mata and nicole merli. road trips are always fun. especially when you have someone in the car who freaks out when you slam on the breaks for fun (ashley mata) she told me she was never going to talk to me again for my transgressions and then thirty seconds later began a whole new conversation with me. haha the trip was a blast. i love hanging out with ashley and nicole and magen kite. they are all really cool people who i enjoy hanging out with very much. on the way there and on the way back we went to see some chapel hillians who i also enjoy hanging out with very much. while we were at appalachian we walked and drove to a variety of different places and doing a variety of different things. bone is a really cool place. well a really COLD place actually. ashley mata isnt very fond of the cold and let everyone in earshot know it. haha i love picking on her. the first night we stayed there i was supposed to stay with faith burt. but she punk'd out on me. well not really it just didnt work out, and by the time it did i figured i might as well just stay with everyone else because i was already there and didnt feel like finding my way to faiths dorm. so i decided to stay and watch hitchhikers guide to the galazy with ashley nicole magen and magens friend jodi who also goes to app. (she likes the cold about as much as ashley does) on saturday we paraded about appalachian doing a bunch of random stuff. random stuff included driving on the blue ridge parkway and attempting to steal midget christmas trees and quite frankly... running into mountains. haha we slid on a huge patch of ice and went straight into the side of the mountain. needless to say magen wasnt very happy about this, but there was no harm done. actually the first thing me and nicole did was jump out of the car and run and slide on the ice. which is really fun by the way. we actually saw a im prompt tu parade after the mountaineers won their football game. a sea of people came down the streets with their faces painted carrying roughly half the goal post. haha it was funny. we actually drove to Leas McCray to pick up Dylan Lawrence who also came to hang out with us. that was really random too but enjoyable all the same. we have also decided that he is Harry Fricken Potter and can therefore do whatever he wants haha. that night i actually did stay with Faith. she came and picked me up with her friend Lindsay who i had met once before and welcomed me with cheers and applause. we drove over to faiths dorm and faith attempted to park. attempted being the key word. hahaa she actually had to get this awesome sounding russian guy and his friends to help us off the ice. so naturally the guy handed faith his beer and left her speechless as he flawlessly maneuvered the explorer out of its predicament. after we finally parked we went in and i met a bunch of faiths friends and hung out with them for a while. when we finally went to bed i hung out with faith for like another hour just catching up and such, because we havent hung out in a while. i forgot how much i missed faith. shes one of my favorites. after i woke up in the morning we ate at mel's diner which has awesome breakfast and then headed home (stopping in chapel hill once again). throughout this whole experience i still have no idea about college decisions. im juggling four different colleges all of equal prospect. (and i cant even juggle... sheesh) i think i should find a 4-sided coin somewhere and just flip it to see where i go.
