( ) Brake bleeding gear
( ) Duct tape / zip ties
( ) Haynes / service manual
Extras / Fluids
( ) extra oil (5w30) & brake fluid (dot3)
( ) Full fuel can
( ) Spare tires, one or several
( ) Wet ones! (great for a quick hand cleaner after changing wheels, brake pads)
( ) several rags to wipe up spills
( ) Window cleaner and paper towels
( ) extra brake pads depending on current set of track pads
( ) extra front rotors just in case.
Misc
( ) A folding lawn chair.
( ) food and lots of water
( ) Spending cash
( ) camera, both video & picture W/ extra memory, batteries, & charger, car a/c adapter
( ) Clothing - Cotton is best. Cotton long-sleeved shirt or jacket is better than any synthetic (fire)
( ) Shorts, T-shirts etc. for non-driving sessions
( ) Driving shoes

( ) Balaclava

( ) Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, bug spray
( ) Pens and pad for notes / driver logbook
( ) Aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen -- you can get a headache and you can't take anything else at the track.

( ) Cooler (with non-alcoholic beverages)

While at the track:
Apply sunscreen liberally.
Drink 16-32 ounces of cool fluids each hour, even if you're not thirsty; thirst is NOT an accurate indication of dehydration.
Watch for these signs of heat exhaustion, and pull off the track and let someone know if you feel them: dizziness
headache
heavy sweating
muscle cramps
nausea
weakness
