Injury report
I just came back from a missions trip on tuesday, mission trip was awesome until,
i drove a golf cart down down a hill that was rocky and had turns going down it either hit a rock or lost control in the turns and we all flew off. Randy told me to go get help, so i hopped to the golf cart and it backed up into a drainage ditch, so i hopped out to find that there was a house a block away from where we crashed, so i hopped there and they were already coming because they heard the crash then the ambulance came, i refused it because lack of insurance and because my injuries werent serious
randy is in the hospital with a huge gash in his foot and is by far the most serious, Katie, the pastors daughter got a concussion and scrapes on her back and was knocked out.
I have a sprained Foot(not ankle) + scrapes and bruises
A foot sprain is an injury to the ligaments in the foot that help hold the arch together. If you have tenderness under your arch or over your instep or it hurts when you walk, you may have torn foot ligaments. This will take three to six weeks to heal.
i just assume its a foot sprain cuz i cant walk properly and my foot isnt arching
