About Me
I am currently studying a double degree of Media & Communications (Journalism) and Arts (Media and Cultural Studies). I have just finished my 2nd year, but now I have to put uni on hold for a year as I am expecting my first child in May 2012! It is very exciting, but also very surreal and daunting. My husband and I have been married for a year next month, but we have known each other for 10 years and have been together for 4 years. We also have a fur baby named Tink who is an insane 7 month old kitten who we love, but we wish would leave the Christmas tree alone.
I love watching movies, reading, watching TV shows (but mainly on DVD), travelling, learning about other cultures, history, being with friends and family, watching sport, writing letters and writing in general.
I am completely movie obsessed. I lived in Los Angeles for 6 months in 2008 to study film studies over there and I loved it and miss it everyday. I am particularly fond of the old Hollywood times and often disappear into that world with books and movies about it. Thats not the only part of movies I love though. I become obsessive around Oscars season trying to see all the movies nominated and guess winners.
