About Me: I'm an on-again off-again (currently off) student deciding between engineering and graphic design. I'm fairly open behind a screen or a pen, though it sometimes takes me a while to truly trust someone. I believe strongly in tolerance and keeping an open heart and an open mind, in empathy and equality. I'm kind of a dork, so. There's that. (My best friend wants me to say I'm tiny and adorable - she just thinks I'm tiny because she's old aka 24 :p )
I have my personal struggles (as do we all), especially with my mental health. I will probably talk about it, so I would like someone who is going to be okay with that.
I love making things, and giving people things, so I'd really love someone I can send fun packages to, or just little extras with letters. Stuff like knitted thingies or mix cds or postcards or a poem or this totally awesome *cough* photo I just took. Would be cool if someone wants to send those sorts of things back, though I understand postage can be expensive and time not so available.
For email, probably graphics or dorky videos of me being special, haha.
Music: I will give anything a go. I've studied violin, trombone, and baritione. I play around on piano and guitar, and my bamboo flute. So many instruments I want to learn! How many penpals do you want?: However many want to actually stick with it and build a friendship.

Do you want snail mail?: Most definitely. Me + mail = ♥_♥ and there's nothing better than finding something in the mailbox
How long are your letters and emails? Depends on how much I have to say! I talk a lot (you may have noticed) but sometimes I get awkward and can't think of a good reply. When I get going though, several pages.
How long does it take you to reply to a letter?: Depends? Letters, I try for about a week in turn around, though life happens. Emails, usually within a day, unless I do that thing where I read it and am going to answer later except then I forget and think I already did /O\
Preference on sex of penpal?: Nah. I should say, I'm not looking for a romantic relationship with anyone via penpal, so as long as you're good with that, we're all good.
Penpal location?: Anywhere. Outside the US, sending things other than letters may be more sporadic because of postage costs, but I'd still love to talk.
Age?: Don't mind about the age, though I would prefer someone who feels compatable maturity/life stages/whatever wise. I've clicked well with people older and younger than me, so the number isn't important. It's more about whether we can see each other as equals?
