About me: I'm 17 years old and in my last year of high school in Canada. I'm normally shy and quiet until I get to know you. I'm also very sarcastic, love to learn new languages and about different cultures and I'm open minded.
Interests/Hobbies: I love to read and write. I also love to watch baseball and hockey, with my favourite teams being the Toronto Blue Jays and the Detroit Red Wings. I love animals and currently own three parrots and a family dog. I love to learn different languages and about different cultures. I love history and mythology, specifically ancient Egypt and Greece. I also love listening to music.
Music: Nearly anything except rap, metal and classical. Some of my favourites are: Bon Jovi, Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, Aerosmith, Shinedown, All Time Low, Big & Rich, Crash Parallel, Marianas Trench, Melissa Etheridge, Matchbox Twenty, Panic at the Disco and Nickelback.
Movies: I don't watch movies that much but my favourite is Little Miss Sunshine. I like action mostly but I hate horror.
Books: I love the Blue Blood series, Vampire Academy series, the first books in the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series, My Sister's Keeper and others I can't remember right now. I also love Dirk Hayhurst's writing, whose first book is coming out next year but his articles he writes are excellent.
TV: I don't watch TV much right now but I love M*A*S*H, Hogan's Heroes, the Rick Mercer Report, Desperate Housewives, Brother's and Sisters and Big Brother.
