i, mallie beck, just did the unthinkable.
.....i went on a run.....
only God himself knows how long it has been since the last time i forced my legs to move faster than a brisk walk.
it felt incredible. well, it was hell, but to know i can run that far without stopping definitely makes me a bit more confident with my being out of shape factor.
same time tomorrow? sounds good pal.
