As I was listening to The Best of Neal Bortz this morning the news broke in and a sound bite began to play saying, "I am pleased to announce that with your help, the next vice president of the United States of America will be Senator John Edwards from North Carolina."I freaked out with excitement and I really don't care what anyone else says, this is a great opportunity for our country and I think Kerry made the right choice. I voted for Edwards in the primaries because I thought that he had the right attitude for the job. That has been my stance from the beginning that this election is not about policies because everyone knows that no matter what party is in office the policies will never change too much but what the administration really needs is a change in perspective. And for all of you who are considering voting for Nader, shame on you. Stick to your ideals all you want to but it seems idiotic to vote for an embarassing bumbling fool that can't even get the support of his own party and isn't on 60% of the ballots. I on the other hand will be casting a fat, fat vote for John & John, hoping for the best.
