Yes, Virginia...
Well, I'm putting off putting up the rest of the Christmas lights. And people seem to be doing some version of this, so here's a small-ish Christmas list. Just for kicks.
- a hot glue gun
- Rubber stamp ink pads (black, burgandy)
- A big, thick, white, terrycloth bathrobe
- Shoes, shoes, and more shoes. Sue me.
- (Ooh, pink!)
- A new ignition for Gonzo. And probably brakes. Ha.
- Or, you know.
- Some wine glasses
- Fresh redcurrant basil perfume
- A basil plant. Oh, wait, there's only one window in the apartment, and the blinds are always shut.
- "A Mighty Wind" on DVD. Oh, yes yes yes.
- Some outlandish eyeshadow.
- A 120" hoop skirt
In other news, Christmas movies watched so far include Die Hard, (yes, of course it's a Christmas movie,) Holiday Inn, and Christmas In Connecticut. Possibly Muppets tonight, or The Santa Clause. And I really hope we can fit in Scrooged this year. Also, enormous skirt is maybe 65% complete. Very exciting.
