I'm liking the hints we're getting that things aren't, and possibly haven't been, perfect between Hermione and Ron, I imagine that will make it all the more believable when things end between them, assuming they do of course.
I really liked that Narcissa still has her phone, that really stood out for me for some reason, and I hope we get to see some more of her throughout this. Also really enjoying the route you seem to be taking Malfoy's rehabilitation. Of course he isn't going to be able to change all his beliefs and the lessons he's been taught all his life about Muggles in one day. The fact that he is even musing on the topic and admitting to himself at least that maybe, just maybe, he isn't entirely right about Muggles seems good progress to me!
I haven't been to Canterbury in years but it all sounds about right to me. Personally, it wouldn't bother me even if the info was wildly off base cause I get that its hard to write about a place you've never been to. I didn't even think about it while I was reading, I only mention it because of your A/N.
Looking forward to more *g*

I'm glad you're picking up on the hints about Hermione and Ron's relationship. According to some reviews on other sites, not everybody is getting them. They think the Hermione/Ron issues are sudden but I'm trying to make it clear that they aren't sudden at all.
I just thought that it seemed like something the new Narcissa would do; she did keep up her friendship with Harry after all. You're right that Draco's views won't change all at once, but spending some time around Muggles for once is giving him a chance to view them differently. I agree that he's making some good progress, but it definitely won't be easy.
I always try to research about unfamiliar locations when I'm writing them, but you're right, it's hard to get it right all the time when I've never been there. I'm having the same issues with the Britisms because I'm American, so I only know so much about the cultural differences between Britain and America. That's why I'm making the note about me being American a permanent one.
I'm actually working on the next chapter right now.
