You know, I've decided how I'm going to pick which football club to support.
I will throw my hat, enthusiastically and with much aplomb, in with ANY existing team capable of inspiring me with just as much passion and devotion as the Swindon Town Swoodilipoopers:
Yeah, my club is fictional. But my club also has a last-game miracle play by an heroic keeper, a husband-and-husband team with identical names and game-winning passing skills, a burgeoning talent named Voluptuous who happens to be the platonic idea of a family man, a guy named Cteve who parties perhaps too hard and speaks perhaps to freely but never brings less than his A-game to the match, and an internet meme who scores occasionally.
