2 all things...an end...
The final issue, #24, of J. Michael Straczynski's RISING STARS came out 2-day. i haven't read it yet. i don't want 2. i don't want it 2 B over, but i've known all along that they would all die and the story would end. i've known all along... But i must read it. i must also have a box of tissues near-by. Maybe i'll wait until every1 is asleep and lock myself in the bathroom so i can cry while reading it, without worrying about any1 seeing or hearing. To prepare myself, i have selected excerpts from 2 issues. Of course, i don't expect them 2 necessarily affect any1, since i don't know any1 else who has read the series. But maybe the excerpts will somehow get people interested enough 2 pick up a few issues or a collected volume...which may convince JMS 2 write some sort of sequel...but no1 reads my LiveJournal and i'm pretty sure JMS is not interested in a sequel...but that's fine with me because i'm quite pleased with the series as it is.
