There's something else between believer or skeptic - someone who is simply convinced by the empirical evidence that a phenomenon exists.
If I asked you whether you "believed" in the planet Saturn, you would rightfully tell me that the concept of belief or disbelief does not apply- the existence of this planet is an empirical fact.
Likewise, the existence of unidentified - and unidentifiable - flying objects in the sky is an empirical fact, and beyond debate. Tens of thousands of eyewitness reports spanning 6 decades, many of them from qualified military observers, attest to the apparent reality of flying objects in our skies whose operational characteristics - such as the ability to make right-angle turns at incredible velocities - defy our current understanding of physics.
Belief comes in only where the interpretation of these sightings is concerned.

Obviously there are many who have no trouble with UFO agnosticism but our party-goer as described in the short sentence who starts talking about UFOs is only talking about "UFOs" and no where is there any mention of "UFO abduction" but judging from the answers received alone you'd be left thinking that question was, "someone discussing UFO abduction" which it wasn't!
Somehow, most of the people commenting made an interpretive leap from the question as it was phrased into something it wasn't asking at all.
