Fair is Coming Too SOON!

Wow I am so stressed for fair to be coming so quickly, we take our animals in TOMORROW! AHHH! And Wednesday our shows begin, too much stress. Plus I have to work tomorrow night because Sushi Okalani is opening!!!!!!!!! That's exciting, especially since I will be getting to do a lot of cooking! Less dishes, because I have been promoted to cook/prep cook/dishwasher when our dishwasher is not there like on slow nights. Oh by the way, Alex katsu means the bread stuff on the pork so ha! There is also Ebi Katsu, which is shrimp with the same bread on it! It's sooo yummy. I love sushi, I thought it was okay at first, but now I love salmon california rolls and the spicy ones, though I have no idea what their names are. Well, I'm tired and I have to get up at like 4:30am tomorrow. Bye Bye.
