I had written a very descriptive and witty entry, but Livejournal decided to be a bitch and delete it. So here we go again. Hopefully I remember everything I typed.
4th of July sucked. It's an overrated holiday. The only productive thing I did was redye my hair that night and watch "Independence Day" on TV. For some reason, the black was washing out of my hair, and it was a mottled blue-copper-brown-black color, so I decided to redye it. Hopefully it won't wash out as much this time.
Lately I've been doing a lot of crossword puzzles. Go ahead and laugh, they excersize your brain!!
I've also been watching a lot of movies lately. Saturday night I watched Silence of the Lambs and Stephen King's Misery, both of which were REALLY good. Silence of the Lambs was very screepy (scary + creepy = screepy), but I liked it. Anthony Hopkins is brilliant. Misery was so psycho that it was funny. Kathy Bates is great in it. Both are excellent movies, and if you haven't seen them, you should.
Then Sunday night I watched Carrie and Wrong Turn. Carrie was pretty good. It wasn't anything spectacular, but I liked it. I laughed hysterically when the little kid on the bike rides by Carrie screaming "SCARY CARRIE!! SCARY CARRIE!!" and then she makes him fall off the bike. Wrong Turn is one of the stupidest movies I've ever seen. Any movie with inbred, mutated hillbillies as villains is stupid. But it WAS good for a laugh.
Still waiting for the new Tiger Army CD I ordered to get here...::gazes mournfully at the mailbox::
By the way, to anyone who owns New Found Glory's Catalyst: Is it just me, or do the first 10 seconds of the first song sound like an AFI song?
I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO WARPED!! I'M SO EXCITED AND NERVOUS AND IMPATIENT AND THRILLED AND ANXIOUS AND I JUST CAN'T FUCKIN WAIT!! AUGUST 19 BABY!!!

Today my sister was singing along to "Vindicated" by Dashboard Confessional. Only she changed the words a little, so it went something like "Cause I am...vindicated, I am overrated, I'm a slut, I'm a whore, that's amore-ay." I laughed for about 6 and half minutes.
I played fetch with Brody after dinner today. She's getting really good at it. She threw up a couple times today, although I think that's my fault for feeding her one too many marshmallows yesterday...
I watched The Boondock Saints tonight. It is now one of my favorite movies. If you haven't seen it yet, you should go out and get it!! NOW!!!
I've been feeling really confused about a lot stuff lately...everything's all muddled...I'm trying to sort everything out, but it's like everytime I'm concentrating on one thought, a zillion more pop into my head. Which do you think is better to trust? Head or heart?
I ate some apple slices with peanut butter a little while ago, and now I feel like I'm going to explode.
There are a bunch of books I have that I want to read. So that's my goal. To read more. Yeah, like THAT'S gonna happen...
