So, my dear husband will be home on Friday or Saturday, and we never have to worry about LDAC again! We just have to worry about summer school. But that's not so bad, right? 4 weeks, 6 credit hours, one week's worth of catch up... still. We can do this. Because we want him to graduate and commission SO BAD.
Um, my dog is really evil right now. He chewed a pair of knitting needles and my favorite penguin slippers last night. Unforgivable. Well not really unforgivable. But still a pretty heinous crime.
Also, since the Boy and I are having our wedding on graduation weekend, I understand if some of our invitees can't come because they are busy playing host to their families. My one friend said she could not come because her parents would be in town. I said "Absolutely, I understand. If you would like to stop by after your graduation ceremony and have a piece of cake and dance for a little while, you and your parents are more than welcome."
She somehow interpreted that as "Please invite your entire extended family to my wedding. I would be glad to pay for their dinner and alcohol all evening."
Ummm.... I am really worried about this! I already invited a lot of people. And I already left a lot of people I care about off the list. I can't afford to have extra people I don't even know!
It's ok, I will just put on my big girl pants and explain it to her.
