another wedding check
Another wedding check off the list, except this one doesn't feel like a victory, no, this one felt like an epic battle, and it was hard won.
I finally ordered my wedding invitations. And once I get them, I still have to print them, stamp them (because I am a DIY queen, that's why), assemble them, and send them. I have an RSVP date of July 16 which means I need to get them sent before the end of June. Preferably closer to June 15, but let's face it, that's not happening. It is May 31 and I JUST. ORDERED. THEM.
And I ordered them from a little mom-and-daughter operation out of Connecticut, and after they got great reviews on theknot.com, everyone loves them and I will probably not see my invitations for two weeks... you know, around June 15. Ha ha ha I am such a procrastinator!
At least I have the caterer. Because that's what the party's all about. Duh.
Awesome swim today. Hubby is learning to PUT HIS FACE IN THE WATER when he swims :)
