I found this audiobook in the West Campus library.  It is amazing.  It's written and recorded by the former captain of the USS Benfold, Navy Captain D. Michael Abrashoff.  He is a great and innovative leader and so far, I love his view on how to be a caring officer who comes up with creative solutions to accomplish the mission.
