This is potential canon for generation 5, which hasn’t even been born yet as generation 4 is just starting college, so the characters are vague on purpose.
The little girl stepped out of the taxi into the sun that was shining over the Penguino family’s beach house and simply marveled. It was actually warm here. She was on vacation with her grandparents, siblings, and cousins to Twikkii Island. It was her first time visiting somewhere outside of Antarctica and she just could not believe that someplace this warm actually existed.
“You see, dear,” her grandpa said as he unloaded the suitcases, “aren’t you glad your mother made you pack something other than sweaters?”
The girl simply nodded as she slowly unwound the scarf she usually wore. She couldn’t believe that she was actually feeling comfortable without it.
Her cousins and siblings had already run ahead into the house to change into their swimsuits. They had been hearing about the beach from their older cousins for some time now and couldn’t wait to go swimming. The girl followed a little more hesitantly. Once she had changed into her swimsuit she wandered down to the edge of the ocean, marveling at how she could walk barefoot without worrying about getting frostbite, how the sand actually burned her feet.
She stopped walking before she reached the water, though, and eyed it skeptically.
“Come on! Get in! We’re playing Marco Polo!” one of her cousins called.
Still she hesitated, “Is it cold?”
“The water?” her cousin called back, “Nope! It feels almost like a bath actually. You’ll like it, I promise!”
She waited just a moment more before cautiously dipping a toe in the water, “It is warm!” she said in surprise.
“Told you!” her cousin replied.
And soon the little girl was splashing in the waves as well. “This is the best place in the whole world!” she thought to herself.

One week later:
The girl’s grandparents were trying to round up all their grandchildren for the flight back to Antarctica and she was throwing a temper tantrum.
“I WON’T GO BACK! I DON’T WANT TO GO BACK! I WANT TO STAY HERE WHERE IT’S WARM!!!” she screamed over and over as she clung to the railing on the porch.
Dorian tried to smile at Jenny, “We’ll she’s certainly related to you with that stubborn streak…”
Jenny smiled back, “And you were always good at making me see reason. Call me if you need some help.”
“Will do,” Dorian replied as he began walking towards his granddaughter while Jenny turned to shepherd the rest of their grandchildren into the waiting airport shuttle.
