Jana Antics
For the most part, Jana's a really good night sleeper. She started sleeping through the night at 5 weeks old. Over the last few months, her dreams have been waking her in the middle of the night. Some nights she can fall back asleep on her own, this morning, she was up at 5am, looked for me to come back to bed with her in her room so I can watch her fall back asleep in 2 minutes and snore. Funny.
This week, she started putting her own dishes away after meals. She can barely reach the kitchen counter, but she can make it. I've been rather elated about that.
Other odd progressions in the potty area, she currently only wants dad to change her poopy diapers. Michael's a little mixed about that.
She was talking with Lola on the phone this week, actually, showing this flashcard to the phone "Lola"
Jana kept saying, "Come out of the egg!" Then she counted the eggs, "One...Two...Three!" And insisted they were "Blue eggs"
This went on for a long time. Thank goodness for cordless speaker phones, at least I could hear my mom being entertained by the conversation.
