So it was supposed to rain all weekend but we got really lucky and most of it went around us.
Saturday morning was a Courtyard/MultiFamily Yard Sale. I kept thinking it was going to pour so I didn't put much into the sale but it never poured until after 8pm. I think we sold about half of what we put out, not bad really. Michael put out his old motorcycle helmet and when he took it out of the box, Jana got all excited.
We had Jana on a neighbor's bike earlier in the week.
We went out to the Fish Market Saturday dinner for Mother's Day and then walked around the Waterfront. Jana had a ton of fun frolic'ing...there's a 24MB .mov file I'll have to post later.
Today, me and Jana strolled into the business district area nearby. We spent just over $300 in shoes (4 pairs). No, we're not related to Imelda. ;-) Sigh, looks like my feet did go up just a tad in size post pregnancy. I had the salesman measure my feet since my shoes weren't fitting well anymore. Now I know why.
Then during Jana's nap, I started digging up our lawn. Finally. Then a neighbor let us borrow his mantis 'tiller and really worked up the lawn nicely. We threw cypress mulch down for a walkway between the lawn and garden. We stayed in for all meals today but we got some good stuff done.
