Where'd the evening go?
Jana's already asleep, actually, as of 20 min ago.
Let's see:
5:20pm - I left to pick her up
6:00pm - got home
6:30pm - dinner's served (pasta and her choice of fruit, orange tonight)
6:50pm - bath time
7:35pm - finally coaxed the little prune out of the bath, air dry and watch 1 musical show
8:00pm - warm milk
8:10pm - reading time
8:30pm - call to see if dad's around, no answer so back to books (current favorite, the little Dr Seuss board books)
8:40pm - lights out
Wow, no crayons nor markers tonight. No swaddling of babies/toys. No Weebles. No push car. No chase-me through the house. Was it all bath time? I did let her take my new plastic measuring spoons with her to the bath. Gotta remember to take them back to the kitchen so I can clean them, I have only been using them for scooping my loose leaf tea.
