Baby Cling-on
Another hard drop-off this morning. Probably took about 30-40 min. The morning routine has been pretty good, Jana watches either Higglytown Weirdos or Little Einsteins while I shower. Then we both get dressed and ready. Downstairs for breakfast then off to school.
Whenever a teacher tries to engage her, she takes whatever book or toy they're offering to her and then she takes it to me and sits on my lap. She does enjoy herself there, but it's like she wants me to hang out there all day too.
When Michael gets back, we'll see if she acts the same way when he drops her off.
At least this week has been exciting for her, she, Arete and Annaliese have started having lunch in the Piazza with the bigger kids. Her teachers tell me that these 3 are very serious when it comes to mealtime. Laugh. I really shouldn't be surprised.
