erase the past. please.

memory always picks the most inopportune time to rear its head. somethings take time to pass i suppose but what happens when it goes so far past you that it ends up being behind you again. instead of seeing it face to face you're now forced to make quick glances backward over you right shoulder. then you play a game of dodge and duck with it and you end up in a pool of tears on the floor. sorrow is an overstatement but the word grief comes to mind nicely.
have you ever watched someone lose something? it can make a horrible ripping image that stays imprinted like a wax seal in the front of your head. triggering thoughts, ideas, as well as those free-floating memories.
