"Re-org."
We knew it was coming, but now it's going to be coming much faster than we thought. My direct boss/supervisor, someone whom I LOVE to work with, just announced that he is leaving the company. He gave 3 weeks' notice.
I am beyond bummed. We've (meaning my team) been assured that we won't just be sold off to the other teams since there is going to be a company-wide re-org, but all of us are now a little worried about what's going to happen to us now. We've all also had our assess kissed by the top management, telling us we're the most talented team at my company and he doesn't want to lose us blah blah blah.
Just. Fuck. This sucks out loud.
