The problem i have is when i get work it tends to be for 3+ days in a row, and either involves being away from home, OR a commute that means i get up at 6am and get home at 9.... and then i'm tired when the work stops and theres frantic prep the day before.... So yes i then end up missing a week or 2 EVERY time i am away working - and if its overseas work thats even worse, probably 3 weeks i miss, with very little exercise subsitute options....
If i'm doing "home-office" based work then its fine, as gym is lovely break and helps with the work - but the home based review work is rarer at the moment.
I can't really come up with a solution to this unfortunately. (i did try a 2hr walk after training at the frontier centre as a substiute, but this resulted in me finding myself in the middle of marsh-land in the dark at 10pm, slightly nervous about "security trainer gets lost in northamptonshire whilst delivering security training" as the morning headline)...
