Tip tip, tippity tip tip tip.
I really fucking wish I worked for tips! I could make what Josh makes in 40 hours, with just 10 hours of work. (at least) $40/hr orrr~ minimum wage. I wonder which is hte better choice.
I also fail to see why everyone's convinced that waitresses don't make anything. A good one, with the right amount of business, can make $50 an hour, easy.
And they're paid every day..
And they get a bonus at the end of the week.
I think I'll stick with BYB for the rest of this year, and if they haven't converted to a tip-making restaurant by then, I'll see about getting a job at a real restaurant (BRB's close enough that it would count as experiene toward a nicer place. We do everything a waitress does, except for fetching drinks and GETTING TIPS.).
If I'm going to have to deal with people either way, I may as well get better paid for it.
I talked to Wendy today.... Id' forgotten that she still owed me for when we went to see Wicked. She said that she'd take me grocery shopping sometime this week to pay me back. Which is awesome.
She also said that she was going to have her daughter in M'boro, and will call me when she does. That way I can be among the first to see her.
