I'm going to be flying a lot in then next few weeks.
From 2/19 to 2/22 I'll be back home in California commiserating with my far-flung and foreign relatives. This entails playing a lot of catch-up, because when everyone is (really rapidly) speaking languages other than English, you tend to miss a lot of the subtleties of jokes. Fortunately, most of them will probably be about me anyway.
And the next week, from 2/27 to 3/2, I'll apparently be in Washington, DC, for an interview with some ladies and gentlemen from the
Carnegie Endowment's nonproliferation program. Or so I was just told.(By a woman named Lynne who called when I was half way through a bagel at the First Cup and thoroughly covered in gooey cream cheese.)
