COVID Exploding Quietly
Saw a graph on the news today. This Labor day COVID cases by number are up 300% over Labor day cases 1 year ago. 300%!!! It's crazy. We are not locked down any more, people have become used to it being around and have become lackadaisical about protecting themselves so this virus is wreaking havoc on the population of the world. It's been around for two years now, hence the name COVID-19. The Delta variant is spreading like crazy because we didn't get a handle on it before it mutated. Now there are two more mutations spreading through the world. People wont get vaccinated so it allows the virus to stay viable and the longer it does the more it mutates. We have the medical knowledge to stop the spread in its tracks but too many folks think the vaccine is dangerous or was made too quickly. I don't think they understand the decades of research that formed the bass of what was made. Too many people are dying needlessly.
