(no subject)
Been awhile and lots of stuff going on. It's getting closer and closer to our road trip and I'm so excited. At the same time though i'm anxious because theres a lot of stuff here has to be done before the summer ends to. I'm looking forward to just taking a break from work and everything though.
My mom is going to court on Wednesday with my dad for a child support issue. My dad wants to get the amount he pays reduced since he makes less. I only get child support until november anyway now but my dad promised to pay the difference to me so it wouldn't mess me up. I'm very nervous because if he doesn't go through with what he says, paying the rent for the next couple months will be very interesting. If he fucks up I'm prolly going to have to lean on my mom for help which I don't want. If he ends up lying to me I'm pretty much going to be done with him. Since obviously he can't care too much about me if he's willing to screw me over. Just very nervous right now because it could mess us up.
Stuff with the wedding is progressing ok.. kind of broke right now so can't really get anything for it. We have a lot of stuff figured out so a lot it is paying for it. We have time though so it's not a hurry. We ordered books on spain, france & italy to go through like the travel agaent suggested to figure out the places we really must go and stuff like that. I'm also working on a wedding website for us with all the information. Not much to it yet but I plan on working on it a lot more within the week.
I've been hanging out with people when I can. It's hard because everyone is so busy. I finally got to hang out with Amber which was awesome since I haven't seen her in forever. It's hard fitting in everything when I have so much stuff going on in the next 2 weeks before we leave. Actually less the two weeks, wow!
Tomorrow Dan & I are heading out to peru. Dan's Aunts & Uncles on his dad's side are all up. I haven't met one of his Aunts and her family yet so I'm looking forward to that. We won't be able to get up to Peru for awhile after this so it's good we can get up there now. We're heading back on Thursday.
Today was my moms birthday and we threw her a surprise party. She didn't have a clue and it went really well. She was happy that so many people cared enough to get together for her. She loved her presents from all of us so that was good too.
Well gotta go pack for our trip.. hope everyone is having a good summer! :)
