Thursdays
Thursdays and Saturdays are the work days that I like the least. For Thursday I have a weird schedule with 2.5 hours packed in at the end with work until 9:30. So far I've had to work until 9:40 everyday. Today is my last day of 6 day weeks, though, so yay. I don't like Saturday work schedule because I have to ride my bike about ten minutes away, and almost without fail, it rains every Saturday. So I have to be wet for that class and then be wet for last hour and a half of classes. Saturdays are exhausting. I guess I'm grateful that we swap every six months, but it's still a rough six months.
Today I taught R's morning adult class because he is in Australia. That class is really delightful. I wish I had more adult classes to teach like that. My Thursday adult class is super weird, and my Friday adult class always ends up talking about death and social issues, lol. I guess I just like talking with older married women. I like getting advice from them. :)
Work has been stressful because we need to hire another teacher soon. So it's gotten a little difficult there and today one of the teachers was being all sneaky in the other room talking about replacing the other teacher even though we know we're going to have to? I don't know, it's weird. Haha.
Oh yeah, I went Kansai for a vacation. I went to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Wakayama. It was fun but really hot. I love traveling.
Well, I have to get ready to walk back home and then go to work.
