La-Di-Da~
So my bosses are leaving tomorrow. I helped yesterday get together all sorts of crap that has been needed to be thrown out for years, M and I took apart this nasty shelf that has been sitting outside in the rain since we got here...and this giant spider popped up. It was scary.
But even though yesterday was crazy with regular work and all this cleaning that I had to do...I think it was okay. I'm going to keep trying hard at teaching even though I'm worried that I'm no good at it and that I'll lose my job come July, but we'll see.
I've been trying to eat up all the food I have on hand in an attempt to save money by not going to the grocery store, and to just keep the rotations out and such. I think it's working, but now I have no fresh veggies, and since the majority of what I eat is veggie stir-fry, it's a little bit hard. So I'm going to pop out today quickly and pick up a few veggies so that I can make curry or something tonight. Man cannot live on ramen alone, no matter how delicious ramen here is!
Uhm, I moved my bed upstairs because it's warmer in the winter, and I've yet to re-acclimate to sleeping up there yet. Climbing the ladder is the most annoying part, I think. Yep. If I have time, I'm going to try to do a quick, heavy clean of my apartment, too. I have guys coming on Tuesday to look at my air conditioner to make sure that it still works well.
I had an annoying hiccup with my credit card since they sent the new one to my old address...where I no longer live. I had to call and then they had to cancel the credit card, which wouldn't normally be a big deal, but the fact of the matter is that I have my internet billed on that, and since they're changing the number completely, I might have issues with that. UGH! I'll have to figure out a work-around for that.
Also, I'm taking Mika to the dentist Saturday night. I fear she has an impacted tooth...and she said that the pain has been continuing for a year?? She apparently hates dentists so much that she's lived for a year with the pain...I just find that kind of ridiculous, but since my Mom has a phobia of Dentists, I guess I kind of understand....but that's going to be hard to go there after a hard day on Saturday. -___-
