Trying to stay motivated..

I lost 19 lbs between April 1st and July 1st but last month I only added 3 to that.  So frustrating, when I'm spending all my free time at the gym and tracking everything i eat.  I've just been wavering around the same 2-3 lb mark all month.  I keep telling myself that even if I'm not seeing the changes, I'm healthier for it, but honestly this is where I usually lose focus and give up.. trying so hard to hang in!

I've got a lot coming up to look forward, to, with beach camping in Aug and a wedding in Sept, and Long Beach in Sept and Mexico in Nov, so.. I guess I need to use those events as continued motivation.  Was really hoping to fit into a favorite dress for the wedding, but.. I was 20lbs lighter still last time I wore it.  Dunno if I can do that in 5 weeks.




PS:  And yes, that's 25 hours of my life spent excercising last month.  I'm not joking about all my free time being spent at the gym.  It's not even that I don't enjoy it -- I usually do once I'm there -- it's just.. that's a lot of time spent w/no results :'(
