happy freaking birthday
i used to look forward to birthdays... parties, presents, cake and having a good old time... but it just seems so uh.. i dunno...
for yesterday being my birthday and day off I sure had to "do" a lot of stuff... i am awaken by the sound of my mothers voice saying "shes not up YET!?" it was 8am. so i get up to open presents and my parents have gone for an hour long walk... i take this time to review my missed tivoed shows...and wait for my mom to get home... i open presents (yay) and then get ready for lunch... we leave at 12...i figure this will take a max of 2 hours and ill be home before 3 to go to mikes and be there around 3:45 and miss most of the North Co. traffic.... no such luck... we don't leave til almost 12:30 cuz we HAVE to take pictures of everything and everyone and then of course its a fricking 30 minutes wait and we walk over to the mall to get me a charm for my bracelet and look at iPods and they call our name so we miss our table... we don't even get to eat until like 1:45-2 and we're out of there at 3ish. PFChangs is radical... but oi it takes forever... especially when u order frickin one of everything... i finally get to mikes at 5 after sitting in horrible traffic thru rancho and escondido...opened more presents (yay!!) i had all these plans and i didnt even get to follow thru with them... we went storm chasing and then got take out and watched csi and passed out.
rather stressful for a birthday. but it was good... everything worked out.
so thanks to everyone who called me and emailed me and thanks to mike for making me feel special.
